Funds received through the Minnesota FFA Foundation will be used to meet the costs associated with the mission of the Minnesota FFA Foundation.  Any funds raised in excess of special projects, convention, or conference costs will be used to accomplish the mission and goals of the Minnesota FFA Foundation.

Permission to Use FFA Trademark Logos and Emblems:  Sponsors/suppliers may request permission to use the FFA Name and Marks by through a licensing agreement with the Minnesota FFA Association.  In addition, licensing agreements are including through sponsorship packages offered by the Minnesota FFA Foundation.

The FFA® emblem, name and initial "FFA®" are registered trademarks with the U.S. Patent and Trademark office. The FFA is a federally chartered organization by the U.S. Congress under Public Law 105-225 (formerly Public Law 81-740) and the control and use of its trademark is protected by law and cannot be used or sold by anyone without approval of the Minnesota FFA Association.
